Responsibilities&lt;br /&gt;<br />
key team member in the management of new natural gas-fired power generation projects in the United States.&lt;br /&gt;<br />
As such, he or she will drive  commercial activities associated with projects in construction and operations.  will direct ongoing bank and shareholder communication.&amp;amp;amp&lt;br /&gt;<br />
The candidate will also be responsible for acquiring and maintaining industry knowledge of market, transmission, and other trends, analyze acquisition opportunities, respond to public bids, and identify potential bid opportunities&lt;/p&gt;<br />
&lt;p&gt;Bachelor’s degree required, preferably in finance, economics, engineering, accounting, environment, or related field. MBA preferred. Some work experience in the development, energy, or environmental fields beneficial.  Additional requirements:&lt;br /&gt;<br />
Excellent verbal, written communication, analytical, and negotiation skills&amp;amp;amp;amp;amp;amp;amp;amp;gt;&amp;amp;amp;amp;amp;amp;amp;lt;br&lt;br /&gt;<br />
Ability to perform within a matrix organizational environment&lt;br /&gt;<br />
Knowledge of quantitative methods for structured commodity&lt;br /&gt;<br />
Knowledge of PJM, ISO-NE, and NY-ISO&lt;br /&gt;<br />
Exposure to natural gas and power commodity trading environmentsKnowledge of governmental/legal/environmental regulations that impact development&lt;br /&gt;<br />
Strong business and financial savvy with the ability to support a high-performance organization&lt;br /&gt;<br />
Extensive travel throughout the region&amp;amp;amp;&lt;/p&gt;</p>
