Marc is the president of IDC Retained Executive Search, the country’s principal niche oriented Independent Power and Renewable Retained Recruitment agency and received his degree from Frostburg State University. In addition to recruiting for the utility profession, Marc is also strongly involved in numerous regional charities including United We Race and 13 Ugly Men. In his spare time, Marc is an accomplished offshore powerboat racer and presently retains numerous world records in the sport.
