Our LEADERSHIP

EnergyOnly was founded by Marc Granet, a seasoned recruiting professional with over 25 years of experience placing candidates in the independent power industry. Marc is the president of IDC Retained Executive Search, the country’s leading niche oriented Independent Power and Renewable Retained Recruiting firm and received his degree from Frostburg State University. In addition to recruiting for the power sector, Marc is also heavily involved in many local charities including United We Race and 13 Ugly Men. In his spare time, Marc is an accomplished offshore powerboat racer and currently holds multiple world records in the sport.
