EnergyOnly was grounded by Marc Granet, a well-versed recruitment expert with beyond 25 years of experience positioning candidates in the independent power industry. Marc is the president of IDC Retained Executive Search, the country’s top area of interest oriented Independent Power and Renewable Retained Recruiting firm and acquired his degree from Frostburg State University. In addition to recruiting for the power field, Marc is also strongly involved in numerous local charities including United We Race and 13 Ugly Men. In his spare time, Marc is an accomplished offshore powerboat racer and actually holds several world records in the sport.
